Hyundai
Development Company, leading advances in residential culture, is planning to sell
close to 20,000 apartment housing units in 2017 under its residential business brand,
IPARK.
Hyundai Development Company estimates that the amount of the real estate supply for this year will
be 19,570 units (15,108 units for general sale) in nineteen complexes, almost
double the previous year’s supply of 10,165 units in
twelve complexes.
The company
has secured excellent project sites while excluding all PF sites known for
insufficiency. Thanks to this, it has been achieving excellent and stable
performance in real estate sales. This year, Hyundai Development Company is expected to continue to achieve robust performance based on its
capability to secure excellent sites and the marketability and brand power of IPARK.
This year,
more than half 10,075 units of the total apartment
housing supply sold by the company will be in urban regeneration sites. One of

guaranteed. In particular, 5,283 units, accounting for 52% of the total volume
of urban regeneration projects, are expected to be sold in Seoul.
Most of the
urban regeneration sites in Seoul are in areas north of the Han River which
have recently emerged as promising areas. Specifically, property will be sold
at the following sites, in succession: Baengnyeonsan SK View IPARK (Eungam Zone 10),
Wolgye District 2, Shinjung District 1-1, Myeonmok District 3, Dangsan Sang-ah
Hyundai. Godeok District 5 is the only project site in the southern area of Han
River planned to be sold.

regions, Jeonpo District 2-1 and Oncheon District 2 in Busan, Bagumal District
1 in Jeonju, and Sinheung Jugong in Seongnam are planned to be sold.
Five
complexes with 6,342 units at private sector-led urban development sites are
planned for sale in the real estate market.
Hyundai Development Company
has self-development project sites with 3,153 units in four complexes, showing the
company’s expertise and strength.
